PLEASE HELP!!! I need one more thing for my Alice shoot, a plain white apron! If anyone knows of a place that might have one please let me know! :) Thanks!
Try Target.. There's a kitchen store in downtown on Palafox.. There's also another one in the Foley outlets.. I'd also try Google-ing it and seeing what you can find. You can also maybe make one.. It shouldn't be too hard.
I would try different craft stores such as michaels or hobby lobby. You should consider making up your own apron real quick too, might be a lot cheaper. I can't wait to see some pictures for your book, this looks really fun!
if the aprons at hobby lobby or craft stores aren't fancy enough sew or glue white ribbon or trim. i feel like you are trying to accomplish a lot and it will be interesting to see what emerges.
I think those are all good places to look. There is definitely always online. The only problem with that is having to wait for it to ship. I hope you're able to find something to suit what you're envisioning in your head. I can't wait to see some images. :) Best of luck!
Hobby Lobby or any other craft store would be a good place to look for a cheap white apron and if that fails, try a store that specialize in kitchen wares. You might also try Bed Bath and Beyond, they have a pretty big kitchen section and may have your white apron. The idea is interesting and I can't wait to see your photographs!
I've always loved watching "Alice in Wonderland" the film. You may want to look into asking the UWF theater department if they are willing on letting you borrow any accessories for your photos. At my old college I took a course in technical theater production and they had large variety of props and clothes that the actors used. I'm sure that the UWF theater department is the same way.
Great idea. Do you think this would be a publishing possibility? I think this because you are using morals for the storyline. Can't wait to see what's coming!
i have heard enough in class to have an idea about what you want to do, it's just difficult to evaluate without images. it sounds very interesting tho, so i def look forward to seeing what you come up with
I'm looking forward to seeing your images. I like the idea, and like Josh said, it will be easier to understand how all of it will pan out once you have some images up.

ReplyDeleteI know hobby lobby has aprons! I'm not sure if they're white, but you could always paint it! Can't wait to see your photos!

are you going to digitally alter the pictures drastically, like maybe color or something? or are you going for a more realistic approach?
